Artwork Specs & Templates
Everything you need to prepare print-ready artwork, plus a free starter template for every button size and shape we press.
Print-Ready Artwork Specs
- Resolution: 300 DPI at final size.
- Bleed: 0.25″ on every side. For example, a 2.25″ round button needs 2.75″ × 2.75″ artwork, and a 2″ square needs 2.5″ × 2.5″. Keep important content well inside the bleed — anything near the trim edge can get cut off.
- Color mode: CMYK recommended. Files submitted in RGB will be converted, which can shift color slightly.
- Safe area: keep text and logos away from the edge, and don't leave die lines or crop marks on the artwork itself — use one of the templates below.
- Fonts: outline (convert to paths) or embed all fonts before submitting.
- Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, EPS, PSD, AI, INDD. Word, Publisher and PowerPoint files can be converted for a small conversion + proof fee — ask us before you order if that's your only option.
